RESERVATION POLICIES:

In order to better serve all my clients, it is important that all training/assessment sessions be scheduled through the client portal website page / app. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hour notice with the exception of 2 emergencies per month. 

CHECK-IN:

Calling upon arrival. 

FACILITIES:

Training will take place at my training facility but assessments can be completed at my training facility or my clients community gym. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All clients must fill out, prior to the initial assessment or initial training, the following form. It is understood that Arete Personal Training is not liable for any injuries during training due to omitted/inaccurate health information. The forms can be printed and filled out through here but they can also be filled out inside the app / client web portal.
