What's the Arete philosophy?


Arete (Greek: ἀρετή), in its basic sense, means "excellence of any kind". The term may also mean "moral virtue". In its earliest appearance in Greek, this notion of excellence was ultimately bound up with the notion of the fulfillment of purpose or function: the act of living up to one's full potential.

Free Initial Assessment

Through the initial assessment, we will learn your body's areas of strength and weakness. It will allow us to form the most effective possible plan specifically created for you. It is the starting point of your journey and a benchmark for tracking your progress.
